Bangkok – Today (06/05/2009), Mr. Teerachon Manomaiphibul, the vice-governor of Bangkok said that there are 60 vagrant elephants around Bangkok. From last year, the elephants in Bangkok decreased from 200 to 60. Bangkapi is the area that we found the elephants the most (22 times). Now, Bangkok have a plan to send the elephants to their home.
