Film – Rattaphum Tokongsub, Thai superstar is a representative of “Jimmy Carter Project”, which help people build their houses. Now, they are going to help people who are advantaged build their houses in the Makong River area (Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, and China). They will build 82 houses. There are about 3,000 volunteers including Jimmy Carter – the old president of the United States, Rosalynn Carter – the old first lady of the United States, and Film Rattaphum Tokongsub – Thai superstar.
